Tour Cost:
$5,685 per person, double
occupancy. Add $950 for single occupancy. Non-members add $50
for on-year family membership.
VALIDITY OF TRIP
COSTS:
Land and air costs are based on the airfares,
land costs and currency exchange rates in effect at the time of the
preparation of the program, which is often a year or more in advance of
the trip. Such costs are subject to change prior to the trip's
departure.
Rate Includes:
Accommodations at 3-star
and 4-star or better
hotels; meals as outlined in itinerary; all ground transportation
(private coach) in Spain and France; air travel
between Madrid and Bilbao; all museum and site admissions; all
gratuities for meals and hotels; and academic study leaders.
Not Included:
Air travel between US and Europe, call TravelQuest for
details, 800-830-1998; unspecified meals; beverage
not included with meals, tips to drivers & guides, and personal
expenses.
Deposits
and Terms:
A $700 per person advance payment with reservation form
secures you space. Final balance is due June 7, 2002.
For cancellations made through June 7, 2002, there is a $150 per person
cancellation fee. For cancellations made between June 8 - July 7,
2002, 50% per person of the trip fee will be assessed. From July 8
until the day of departure, 100% of trip fee will be assessed. Air
cancellation policies are additional. There are no refunds for
unused portions of the trip. Optional Trip Cancellation/Medical
Insurance is highly recommended, an application will be provided to for
members with initial invoice.

Note: All special cave entrances are conditional
upon continued government permission. This itinerary is
subject to change due to local conditions. If there are
trip delays due to bad weather, road conditions, flight delays,
government intervention, or for any other reason beyond our
control, the costs caused by such delays are the responsibility
of each traveler. |
