Ancient Roman Ruins of POMPEII

During the catastrophic eruption of Vesuvius in 79 A.D. Pompeii was completely destroyed. The excursion includes a guided walking tour of the archaeological site, which has been perfectly preserved under a layer of volcanic ash. Walking along the ancient streets of this Roman town, admire the perfectly preserved shops, the ancient temples and the rich nobles’ houses uncovered during the excavations, which began in 1700.
