Single/Triple Occupancy Rate (very limited):
 
     
  Guaranteed single occupancy in Category D is 150% of above double occupancy rate. Singles in all other categories are 200% of double occupancy rate. A third person may be added to a double occupancy cabin for 50% of double occupancy cruise fare for most categories. Contact TravelQuest for availability and pricing.  
     
 
Room Sharing Program:
 
     
  Those traveling solo wishing to share a cabin at double occupancy rates may request a roommate. TravelQuest does not arbitrarily assign roommates, but instead will assist by providing contact information so that participants can determine suitability. If however, a suitable roommate is not available, the single supplement will apply.

Air Travel to Tahiti & Add-on Hotel Packages
 
     
 

Regent’s special air/sea program and pre- and post-cruise add-on hotel packages will assure your experience is customized as you wish. Details and fares will be provided in late 2008.
    Low cost add-on airfares to Tahiti for roundtrip Economy Class travel are available from 86 US and Canada gateways through Regent Seven Seas Cruises’ Air & Sea program. Regent offers guests the opportunity to upgrade to First or Business class where available. For international destinations, Regent guarantees the upgrade on the international flight segment only. Guests may request an upgrade on the domestic portion of the itinerary for an additional fee to be determined at the time of booking. All carriers and routing are at the discretion of Regent. Requests for specific routing and/or carrier may result in an additional charge. Upgrades may not always be available. Air rates are subject to change until ticketed.

 
     
 
Payments & Terms
 
     
  It is each traveler’s responsibility to take all appropriate medical advice prior to booking as to whether or not they are fit enough to undertake this trip. If you have any questions regarding this, please contact TravelQuest International.

   
A $1500 per person advanced payment (payable by check, bank wire or Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express) is due at time of booking.  A second payment equal to 50% of total invoice is due October 15, 2008 Balance in full is due March 15, 2009.
 
     
  Cancellations must be in writing, by email, fax or letter to TravelQuest to receive a refund of cruise charges per this schedule:

  Note: If TravelQuest is able to fill your cancelled cabin before March 15, 2009, you will be refunded the cancellation fee less the $500 per person.  
     
 
Note About Fuel:
 
     
  In the uncertain, often volatile oil market of late, it is difficult to predict fuel costs over the long term, and more specifically, at the time of the voyage. Our prices are based upon the prevailing fuel rates at the time of the brochure printing, which is well in advance of departure. While we will do everything possible to maintain our prices, if fuel prices increase significantly at or before the time of the voyage, it may be necessary to institute a fuel surcharge.  
     
 
Insurance:
