 Payments and Terms 
 

This tour can be combined consecutively with our Costa Rica Southern Skies Fiesta
to create an amazing Costa Rica travel experience.

 
     
 

Trip Cost:

 
   
  $2170 per person, double occupancy. Add $350 for single occupancy. Deduct $50 per person for triple occupancy. 
   
 

Trip includes:

 
   
 
  • Six nights accommodations at 2-4 star inns, lodges and hotels.
  • Round-trip airport/hotel transfers.
  • Private motorcoach transportation in Costa Rica.
  • Enrichment lectures and advice on viewing and photographing volcanoes by renowned volcano expert Stephen J. O’Meara..
  • English-speaking Costa Rican guide who will lead nature walks and discussions on Costa Rica’s natural history.
  • All meals beginning with breakfast Day 2 through breakfast Day 7.
  • Admissions to National Parks, Nature Reserves and Preserves.
 
   
 Not Included: 
   
  Air travel to and from Costa Rica; Costa Rica departure taxes (currently $26 USD); unspecified meals; optional activities during free time; and gratuities to our Costa Rican guide and driver.

A $400 per person advance payment with the completed Reservation Form secures your space. Final payment is due December 3, 2007.
    Cancellations must be in writing by email, fax or mail. All advance payments, less a $150 per person service fee, are refundable until December 3, 2007. There are no refunds after December 3, 2007. Air cancellation terms are additional. It is each traveler’s responsibility to take all appropriate medical advice prior to booking as to whether or not they are fit enough to undertake this trip.     What to Expect: 
     
 
     
  This tour will take place in the central mountains at elevations of between 1200 meters  (4000 ft.) and 2700 meters (8000 ft.). Temperatures will range from 24C (76F) during the day to 16C (60F) at night. Be prepared for rain, especially in the rainforests. Easy to moderate hikes will take us over paths that might be paved, gravel or dirt, and could be uneven or muddy. All hikes will be optional. Meals will feature local fare, including chicken, beef, pork, along with locally grown vegetables and wonderful fresh fruit. Beans and rice are a staple at all meals.
