Our Star Lodge
Cabins are located on
the Gulf of Nicoya. All rooms include 2 beds,
bathroom with shower and ceiling fan, and a porch with an
inviting hammock.
Meals and socializing takes
place under a thatched roof open air restaurant
and
lounge, located just steps from your cabin
(right). Meals are
prepared fresh daily, featuring typical Costa Rican ingredients - chicken,
fish,
beef, fresh fruit, beans and rice. |

By day, relax at the lodges beautiful fresh
water pool, take in horseback riding and bird watching - more than 100
species, including white ibis, tri-colored heron, purple gallinule, double-striped
thick-knee, parrots, parakeets, bellbirds, trogons and kingfishers.
Maybe you'll see a crocodile, coyote, howler and white-faced monkeys,
sloth,
agoutis, and iguanas. Another activity available is a boating excursion to
Palo Verde National Park.
A freshwater and saltwater lagoon add to the properties mangrove, river,
and forest habitats.
